Hundreds gathered on West Bay Public Beach on Tuesday night for the opening of the 12th annual Gimistory festival.

The crowds were entertained by several young local storytellers, as well as the Story Crafters, Gimistory legend Ken Corsbie, the old-time music of Mike and Steve McTaggart, calypso tunes from David Bereaux and Friends, and amazing extempo performances by Black Sage, who also emceed the event.

The video shows just a few of the performers that entertained the crowd Tuesday night.
