Vicki joins one of the three teams
of amateur chefs as they square off in an fun, interactive and informative cooking
class at Ortanique at Camana Bay on Saturday 19 July. The
participants learned cooking tips from Ortanique’s owner Chef Cindy Hutson as
they made ceviche, guacamole, jerk chicken pasta and chocolate lava cake, and
then got to eat their creations while drinking a variety of wines.
