Cayman is fortunate to have a wide range of top-notch electrical contractors able to suit just about any need, be it a small residential job, or a large commercial project.

Peleme Caribbean Ltd., established in 1995, is a wholly-owned Caymanian electrical contracting company and part of the Phillips Group of companies.

In 2004, Peleme called upon its worldwide resources for the manpower with the expertise to complete a five-star resort – The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman.

Since that successful project, Peleme has found a balance of local and expatriate supervision and labour that has allowed for its continued success and growth.

Today, Peleme is working with both government and the private sector on projects such as Camana Bay, the Deckhouse Project at the Ritz-Carlton, George Town Public Library expansion, and renovations to the island’s sports complexes, including the internationally FIFA-sanctioned Truman Bodden Sports Complex.

Customers can be assured that Peleme Caribbean Ltd. has the resources and capabilities to fulfil all their electrical contracting needs.

Cayman Electrical Supply Ltd is a newly established electrical distribution company serving the Cayman Islands and the whole of the Caribbean.
Operating from a 20,000 square foot site at 134B Sparky’s Drive, Highgrove Business Park, CES’ Owen Laurenson says the company carries the largest stock of electrical materials from the most reputable brand names in the industry to provide customers with peace of mind in their product purchases.

“We are very quickly building a reputation for integrity, reliability, service quality and value for money, with the ability to deliver large and varied amounts of stock to our customers locally and across the Caribbean,” he says.

The company has four distinct business areas: Commercial and Retail Electrical Distribution, IT Systems and Infrastructure Material Distribution, Lighting Products, and Alternate Sources of Power.

“We can quote on all types of projects large and small and arrange either direct delivery or local supplies to meet the customers requirements,” says Mr. Laurenson.

Business hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 5.30pm, and Saturdays from 7am to noon.
An emergency call out facility is also available. For further enquiries or quotations call 943-2800.
