The Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokers Association has elected Kel Thompson, a Just Condos consultant, its president. He replaces RE/MAX Cayman broker James Bovell. Jeremy Hurst, the president of International Realty Group, remains vice president while Curtis Eldemire, the owner of Tropical Real Estate, becomes treasurer. Michael Day, a lending banker with Regal Realty, is returning secretary.
Other board members are Mr. Bovell; Jeanette Totten, who runs Cayman Luxury Property Group; Dale Crighton, owner of Crighton Properties; Tony Catalanotto, sales and leasing associate with Rainbow Realty; and JC Calhoun, a senior broker with Cayman Islands Realty
