Roland Bodden and Co Ltd. is a licensed land and engineering surveying company with over 24 years of experience in the Cayman Islands. The founder, Roland Bodden, LLS, is the firm’s lead surveyor, and brings almost 40 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the Cayman Islands to the company. He was the first Caymanian on the Regional Cadastral Survey & Registration Project in 1971 and was a long-standing appointed member of the Government Land Surveyors Board.
Mr. Bodden started the company in 1986 and it rapidly grew into one of the most prominent land surveying companies in Cayman and one of the first to have a field to finish system of automatic data collection, which at the time was an emerging technology. In fact Roland Bodden worked strategically with the Cayman Islands Government to implement the system, which is so widespread today.
Roland Bodden and Company Ltd is made up of three surveyors and associated crews. It has worked on several projects for government and private companies. The firm’s services range from legal title surveys, volumetric (earth works) and hydro graphic surveys, engineering: setting out of buildings, roads, docks, piles, canals, sewers and water lines.
