For many, taking care of their health is one of the first things on the New Year’s resolutions list, and for good reason.

“Your body is the only thing you really own,” says Jeanna Parsons of Mobile Fitness Solutions.

Jeanna’s company can take the training to an individual’s home or even place of work, for a workout that does not involve going to the gym and therefore avoids the reluctance some people feel about starting an exercise programme surrounded by other people.

“People are more motivated when there are financial consequences to quitting,” she smiles.

Nutrition is also a very important element of training, not only in order to lose weight but also to have the energy to complete workout sessions. A qualified nutritional counsellor, Jeanna makes a point of giving clients pointers on how to make it through their workouts with energy to spare while still losing the excess weight.   WH
