Romantic dinner made simple
Chocolate fondue with strawberries
Ingredients:
2.5oz plain chocolate broken into pieces
3.5fl oz double cream
1/4oz butter
1 tbsp Cointreau or Grand Marnier
8oz of strawberries (washed and
patted dry)
Preparation:
1 – Combine chocolate, cream, butter and Cointreau/Grand Marnier in a bowl over a pan/pot of simmering water.
2 – Allow to melt, then stir until mixed.
3 – Pour into small fondue bowl over lit fondue heater
4 – Dip strawberries and enjoy.
