Caribbean Endemic Bird Festival: Events Saturday 15 May: Mastic Trail Birding Walk from 8am to 9.30am at the Mastic Trail. $15 for National Trust Members, $20 for non-members

Monday 17 May: Discover birds, 8am to 11.30am on Discovery Day. Tour the Eastern Districts and visit sites such as the Governor Michael Gore Bird Sanctuary, the Mearge Bay Pond and the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park. Transportation will be provided from Governor Gore’s pond. A free land bird guide and checklist of the birds of Cayman will be provided to each guest. $25 for National Trust members, $32 for non-members.

Traditional Caymanian Cooking Class: Wednesday, 19 May at 6.30pm. Join the National Trust team at their new cooking class location at Bon Vivant in Governors Square. Classes are $20 for members, $30 for non-members
