With steaks from an 8oz fillet all the way up to a 28oz porterhouse, there are choices to suit every appetite.

From the warm wooden tones of the décor to the copper waterfall water features for which the restaurant is named, Copper Falls steak house exudes a warm welcome.

The restaurant is a haven for all Cayman carnivores, with steaks, aged for 28 days, cooked just the way you like it.

Although famous for its steaks, the restaurant serves a wide variety of other meat dishes including chicken, lamb and pork, as well as seafood.

For those who would rather sink their teeth into something a little less meaty, Copper Falls also serves pastas and vegetarian dishes.

However, it is the steaks, especially the 14oz New York strip and the 12oz fillet mignon, that have put the restaurant on the map.

Each entrée includes a complimentary martini, well-drink or beer, while the meal itself includes a choice of vegetable and starch (the loaded baked potato is a personal favourite) as well as a choice from one of six sauces with every steak dinner.

There is a small bar for a quick drink should you need to wait for a table and the restaurant is also wheelchair accessible.

Drop in on Fridays and Saturdays for the barbecued pork ribs special. Sundays and Mondays feature a prime rib special with a choice of 10oz or 14oz prime rib, served with Yorkshire pudding.
