Shopping can be complicated, especially for guys. Therefore, it is not surprising that parents to be can often be broken up into two groups - those who can’t wait to start buying stuff for the new focus of their lives, and those who really could wait. And as expected, these two groups are often split according to chromosomes.

For all those who tend to lean towards procrastination, and maybe lack a little inspiration of their own, some of the new lines at Noah’s Ark could be just the thing.

Under the Mobel Kids banner, the company now carries an extensive line of furniture specifically for children. These range from natural or whitewashed finishes that can be combined with any decor you can imagine, to complete boys and girls room solutions. It is also possible to build up a room as the needs of the child changes or as budget allows, as the different elements can be bought individually.

The Princess Lillifee line for girls and the Capt’n Sharky line for boys are based around story book characters and include everything from beds, desks and cupboards to bedding and toys.

The Princess Lillifee line for girls features a pink and white palette with crowns and flowers, while the Capt’n Sharky line for boys features a blue and red palette with an aged wood finish on the furniture to give a real pirate ship feeling. Putting together a room couldn’t be easier – perfect for anyone looking to create the perfect kids room without running around all over the place to find just the right elements to bring the room together.

Just in case the adults feel a little bit left out once the children’s rooms have been given a facelift, Noah’s Ark now also stocks new lines of furniture under the Mobel Living banner. The Steens line has a slightly more traditional feel to it, while the furniture from Arte M has a clean, modern look that is perfect for anyone looking to change up their space.   WH

Noah’s Ark is situated in Pasadora Place on Smith Road. For more information on the new lines, visit ark.ky or arkgrouponline.com.
