Couples planning their big wedding day
know one of the most important things they will do together before saying ‘I
do’ is putting a gift registry.
Brides and grooms preparing to start
their lives together can create a kitchen filled with supplies that will last a
lifetime at Bon Vivant.
Whether they are seasoned chefs, or
barely know the difference between a frying pan and boiling pot, Bon Vivant’s
staff can help you create a diverse, complete gift registry that complements
both the bride and groom.
“We’re happy to help find the perfect
pieces for their new home together,” says owner Cynthia Hew.
“If they are overwhelmed by the selection
process, we are happy to make suggestions based on their style and intensity of
cooking.”
The luxury kitchen store stocks
top-of-the-line pans, appliances, bakeware, glassware and other accessories
from Viking, Bosch, All Clad, Le Creuset, Reidel just to name a few.
The store also carries BBQ’S and outdoor
cooking equipment and barware.
With so much to choose from, couples
will find it easy to create a well rounded registry that offers a wide
selection of items for guests to choose from in a range of prices to fit
everyone’s budget.
Cynthia says most of the registries are
a mix of traditional baking sets, small appliances, cooking tools, wine
glasses, decanters, casserole dishes, and pot and pan sets and larger more
extravagant items for both in-door and outdoor cooking.
Couples looking for china and cutlery
can select items inside the store, or use Bon Vivant’s online shopping facility
giving them the opportunity to pick from hundreds of options.
Friends and family overseas can then
order items online at www.cooking.com/bonvivant.
Once the registry is completed, guests
can visit the Governor’s Square store to get a firsthand look at the items
chosen on a display in the back of the store. They can also access the list
online.
The store also offers gift certificates
making the decision process even easier for guests who can’t decide what to buy
the couple.
For those who purchase large items or
want to buy a gift but may be unable to attend the wedding, Cynthia says the
store will hold the purchased items and notify the bride and groom after the
wedding that their gifts are available collection and by whom each gift was
purchased. WH
