The perfect Valentine’s Day drink! (Don’t be afraid to ask for two straws)
- 4oz Grey Goose
- 2oz Chambord
- 2oz Peachtree
- 1oz Drambuie
- Apple Juice
- Strawberries
- Lime
Muddle the strawberries, lime (without the rind) and a splash of apple juice in the bottom of a tall glass until it resembles a paste.
Pour this and all ingredients into a mixer with some crushed ice and shake hard.
Pour into tall glass over crushed ice and top up with apple juice.
Garnish with strawberry and lime. [Add strawberry syrup if you like it sweet, sweet!]
