There are few international chains as well recognised the world over as Hard Rock Cafe. From the iconic t-shirts to the unique collection of rock memorabilia displayed in every restaurant, Hard Rock has a loyal following everywhere.

For many visitors to the Cayman Islands, the presence of Hard Rock on the waterfront is not only a welcoming sight for someone looking for a taste of the famous burgers, but also for those looking to add to their Hard Rock t-shirt collections, with the Cayman Islands t-shirt certain to be one of the rarer shirts in the collection.

No self respecting fan of rock music can avoid paying a visit to honour the legends of rock.

With memorabilia ranging from Elvis to Metallica and everything else rock, it is difficult not to spend at least some of your visit with your mouth hanging open, while much of the rest of the visit may indeed be given over to playing air guitar to some of the rocking tunes that set the atmosphere for the venue.

Of course, it is not all about international rock memorabilia and familiar food and drink. One of the first things many visitors ask for is a taste of the local beer. At Hard Rock there is a selection of Cayman Islands Brewery’s beers on tap, from the original Caybrew to the dark Ironshore Bock and now also White Tip Lager, which helps to support shark conservation efforts in Cayman through the donation of a percentage of the sales to the Department of Environment and their conservation efforts.

A burger, beer, rock ‘n’ roll, and protecting the environment all at the same time... what could be better?
