Lachlan takes the art of flair bartending to a whole new level. But he isn’t just about juggling the elements of his trade up in the air. In the end, the quality of the drink is as important as the entertainment that goes into its creation. It’s safe to say that this lad from Down Under has mastered both. It is said that bartending is a skill you can take anywhere in the

Restaurant and Bar. Lisa Shemwell was born and bred in Rotherham, Yorkshire which
officially makes her a lass. When she turned 18 she moved south to High
Wickham, Buckinghamshire to further her schooling and studied French,
Spanish, Russian, Latin and Business Studies. Had Chris Cairns followed his originally chosen path, it is doubtful
that he would have graced the shores of the Cayman Islands unless it
was with a travelling theatre group.
